Chef Lee trained in some of the world’s most prestigious kitchens, including alongside Alain Ducasse and Cédric Grolet at Le Meurice in Paris. In 2016, she became Executive Pastry Chef at the two-Michelin-starred Jungsik in New York. Then, in 2022, she opened LYSÉE—a pâtisserie that beautifully blends French technique with Korean inspiration.
Now widely considered one of New York’s leading pastry chefs, Lee shares her favorite pâtisseries and sweet boutiques from around the world, with stops in Paris, New York, and Seoul.
