Meet Chef Eduard Xatruch, one of the three executive chefs at Disfrutar in Barcelona. Disfrutar is a two-Michelin-starred restaurant and is currently ranked as the second-best restaurant in the world by the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
Chef Eduard met his partners Chefs Oriol Castro and Mateu Casañas at the legendary El Bulli, in which they became part of the core creative team. Today, the trio run two of Barcelona’s most sought-out restaurants, Disfrutar and Compartir.
