Meet the Chef Behind the Legendary Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat's Restaurants
Welcome to The Relisher’s French Riviera edition! This week I met with Michelin-star Executive Chef Yoric Tieche who oversees all three restaurants at the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel in the French Riviera. These include the Michelin-starred Le Cap, La Véranda, and Club Dauphin.
Chef Tièche trained at Paris’ top Michelin-starred restaurants, including Le Meurice in Paris, as deputy of Yannick Alleno—one of the world’s leading chefs. He joined the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel in 2017 and has since maintained its restaurants’ standing in The Michelin Guide.
