The Relisher is where the world’s top chefs share their favorite restaurants in their hometowns. This week, I met with Michelin-starred chef Thanos Feskos in Athens, widely regarded as one of the country’s leading chefs.
Chef Thanos spent nine years at Geranium in Copenhagen as Head Chef, during which the restaurant advanced from one Michelin star to three and earned the title of the best restaurant in the world.
Upon his return to Athens a few years ago, he took on the role of Executive Chef at Delta Restaurant, the only two-Michelin-starred establishment in the city.
