Why Subscribe?

The Relisher is the resource I've always wanted in my inbox - it’s a gateway into the world’s best food and travel intel in both your hometown and your next travel destination. The format consists entirely of interviews from the best sources possible, packed with curated, hyper-specific recommendations down to which dishes and wines to order.

Every other Tuesday at 1:00 pm (EST), you'll receive an interview with a world renowned chef, and occasionally a culinary expert. The Relisher has featured renowned chefs such as three-Michelin-starred Kyle Connaughton, Jorge Vallejo (ranked the 9th-best chef in the world), and iconic New York Times restaurant critic, Ruth Reichl.

About Me

I'm Gabrielle, a travel writer who has contributed to Conde Nast Traveler and Coveteur. The Relisher was born out of my desire to share authentic, unbiased recommendations from the world's top culinary experts. Each interview takes 10-12 hours to complete, so I'd be grateful if you could share this free newsletter with someone who would relish it❤️
